Future Card Buddyfight Dark Game Chronicles (フューチャーカード バディファイト ダークゲーム異伝 Fyūchākādo Badifaito Dākugēmu Iden) is a spin-off manga series published in Corocoro Aniki and drawn by Masanori Yoshida, which is focused on different characters. An english preview chapter is available to read online.

Story[]
The protagonist of the spin-off series is Tohru Kageura, a mysterious boy who possesses a special ability to see the Death Deity. He is forced to participate in a Dark Game of Buddyfight to pay off his late father's debt. However, the consequences of losing a Dark Game are a lot more deadly than a normal card fight.
