The current student council president-headmaster, who took down Aibo Academy and founded World Buddy Academia. He is known as the "Ace of Perfection" who can do everything perfectly. He gathered Buddyfighers from all over the world to his new school, watching over his students.
His reason for the school's creating is a certain plan, and it seems like his Buddy, Time Ruler Dragon, and this plan are moving forward.
