MAX Dragons closely follow Ancient World's theme of overwhelming the opponent with one powerful and indomitable monster. This attribute possesses the ability to increase the size limit, allowing MAX Dragon monsters to continuously evolve into stronger forms.
MAX Dragon monsters have the "Against All Odds" ability which gives them additional benefits like increasing their stats and granting immunity from removal effects as long as it is the only monster on the player's field. Since the player only controls one monster at a time, most of their support cards revolve around keeping that one monster alive and stopping any of the opponent's attempts to take it down.
