"ND Booster Set 4" is the 4th Booster Set released for the Thai New Drive series. It uses a Thai-original card list, different from that of Booster Set 4: Darkness Fable.

- Reintroduces "Spectral Strike" and "Death Curse" as keywords ([Spectral Strike] and [Death Curse]).
- For the New Drive format, includes further support for Dragon World and Katana World, and introduces Darkness Dragon World and Legend World.
- For the Overdrive format, includes further support for Dragon World (Guardians) and Darkness Dragon World (Executioners).
- This set's promotional poster slogan is "Born in the darkness and hunting in the shadows, come be one with the darkness with BFN-BT04! Ready for the hunt?".
- The fixed retail price is 150 Baht.
- BT04 contains 1 copy of every C-foiled card, with BFN-BT04/040 Wanderer, the Gold (New Drive) definitely being RRR-foiled, Additionally, it includes one SP/SECRET-foiled copy of one of the following.
