Regular Seifukai members.
The Seifukai is an organization in Aibo Academy, only Middle Schoolers are allowed to join. The Seifukai acts as Aibo Academy's discipline committee and teaches Buddyfighting strategies to their members; Zanya Kisaragi looks down on the regular members, claiming that they all think the same way.
Genma Todoroki is their leader, regular members strongly respect him and endlessly searched for him when he was kidnapped by Magoroku Shido. During his absence Totsuo Doai, the Seifukai second-in-command, temporarily took his place as fighter for Team Seifukai during the ABC cup. Gao was offered to join the Seifukai when he enters middle school, but he rejected it and prefers to see them as rivals.
